Ice Storm, The
Rating = B+
This is a very well and
subtlely written and directed film about affluent families in
suburban CT in 1973 which have suppressed all feelings and lost
all power of directly communicating with each other. I don't rate
it quite as highly as most critics have because the characters
were so cold to each other that I too was left without sufficient
concern for them.
