The movie is often very funny.
The rest of the time it's hard to understand some, particularly one,
of the British half of the cast as they spew venomous foul words in
their version of English. The movie is a satire on the political
decision making and spin in the United States and United Kingdom
leading up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. One might take it a very
cynical except it's probably not such an inaccurate portrait of
machinations and talk of the people who were actually responsible for
the war.
