The film is well acted and quite affecting. For that I would give it a B+. However, the moving is also slow and somber, which is appropriate behavior for people involved in carrying out the death penalty; but that also means one has to watch this unpleasant topic for a long time. For that I would give it a B-. A rating of B is the average.
