This is a sweet film about a syndicate of about a dozen residents of a poor town in Wales who breed a racehorse, funding the effort by putting in 10 pounds a week each. They can only afford an inexpensive mare and a quite low stud fee, so they can only hope for good results from the foal, Dream Alliance.
