Deep Blue Sea, The
Rating = B
It is a slow moving
film that all takes place in sets that could have been on a theater stage.
Still, I was engaged throughout. There are three things that push the story and movie along:
people's lack of direction in England after WWII (the prior cultural norms no longer apply);
the problems of extreme passion;
and Barber's Concerto for Violin and Orchestra on the soundtrack.
