District 9
Rating = B+
Seeing this soon after seeing Avitar made for an interesting
comparison. Both films involve humans abusing aliens. This film didn't have nearly the beauty of Avitar,
but it had a better story than Avitar. And, while Avitar has been said to be derivative of Dances with
Wolves, District 9 is even closer to the Dances with Wolves story.
