Every Little Step
Rating = A-
This film is about the
casting of a revival of the Broadway show, A Chorus Line. Along the
way it gives a little bit of the history of choreographer Michael
Bennett and his creation of the show. Maybe this film is not really a
good enough documentary to deserve an A grade, there is insufficient
mention of some of the other people who helped create the original
show, and allowing 3,000 people to try out for the show seems like a
marketing device. But I really like broadway dancing and these
particular tunes, and this film shows the dedication and struggles of
such dancers in yet another way.
