GETT: The Trial of Viviane Amsalem (in Hebrew)

This is the multi-year story of a woman trying to get a divorce in Israel where apparently divorces can only be granted by a rabbinical court and then only if the husband agrees. This film reminds me of “A Separation”, which shows the limits of a woman's divorce rights in another country with a different state religion. This film, like that film has a wonderful actress in the lead role.
