Made In Dagenham

The movie is
about (if it has a true basis) an important, interesting step in the fight for women's
equality. Even if it was fictional, it could have been an engaging story. Instead, the
film is mostly forgettable. It is not structured to have much dramatic tension, and what
dramatic tension they try for is ineffective. It is disappointing to see Sally Hawkins, who was
so great in “Happy Go Lucky,” wasted in this film.
