Pursuit of Happyness

This movie was not as
enjoyable as the reviews led me to believe it was. The acting was
fine, and the story was OK. But, the relentless downward spiral of
a smart, honorable, personable, determined, mentally well man with
no income was increasingly depressing almost to the very end of the
movie. Of course, it is useful to see the problems of this character
and then better understand how hopeless it is for many people
without money who are missing one of more of the personality traits
listed above. The last minute or two of the movie were upbeat.
