Sophie Scholl: The Final Days (in German)
Rating = B
Julia
Jentsch does a fine job in the lead, and she is wonderful to look
at — one of those people the camera loves. Other than that, however,
the movie was somewhat boring to me — too didactic or something. Maybe
a script drawn from transcripts of an interrogation is just not that
interesting. It would have been nice to have learned more about the
activities of the White Rose group than just what happened to Sophie
Scholl, her brother, and another person in their final days.
