Another movie out of the UK about quirky characters
in a small town, this time in Wales. I could barely understand the accents of the townspeople much of
the time and sometimes couldn't understand them at all. However, the main characters
were understandable. Mostly I enjoyed watching Rachel Griffiths play her quirky character.
